About the Role
Bartender & manager for a wonderful new restaurant, bar & market in MidCoast Maine. Job includes menu development, inventory, training, and dynamic, gracious hospitality. Quality and innovational paramount, you'd be working on a talented team of professionals, helping to design even evolving and complimentary menus.
Requirements
Experienced & professional bartender with extensive knowledge of spirits and desire to build and run a seasonal, collaborative spirit-driven cocktail program.
Works well with others, has the patience and ability to train other staff, ensure quality is upheld when others work behind the bar.
Strong ability to multitask and provide warm, thoughtful & gracious service for an eleven seat bar while balancing other tasks - drinks for the restaurant, washing glassware, assisting customers in the market.
Knowledge of natural wines & coffee a plus. Strong ability to articulate characteristics of cocktails, wine, food etc necessary.
Full Time, 4 evenings of service/week
