About the Role
Dynamic position involving serving espresso, cocktails, natural wine & beautiful food for a 36 seat restaurant with an 11 seat bar.
Looking for an industry professional with knowledge of 3rd wave coffee, the ability to consistently produce flavorful & well extracted espresso/ micro-foam & pour latte art in a high volume setting. Strong ability to multitask on bar with coffee, limited cocktail and wine menu & customer service. This is a multifaceted position for those who thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment. All Front of House candidates must take pride in a clean & professional appearance, possess heightened spatial awareness & embrace a sense of urgency in their work.
Strong language skills around food & beverage.
Applicants should take pride in selling high quality, locally sourced, from scratch food & desserts to new and regular clientele. Punctuality, reliability & responsibility are all paramount. Looking for team players with an eye and an ear for detail. Our service is thorough, thoughtful and genuine.
Weekend and Holiday availability is a must.

Requirements
prioritize efficient order of operations to execute drink orders with espresso drinks, cocktails, teas & wines
provide thorough & thoughtful service to a full bar (with support)
consistently pour latte art and quality control coffee
make (limited) cocktails of consistent quality and pour wine
communicate thoroughly with your team and the kitchen to minimize error and maximize efficiency and positive customer experience
team player who can pitch in and bus tables, wash dishes, & run food and beverage
wash and polish glassware throughout shift
