Oversee and quality control all aspects of the retail market.
This is a dynamic position for someone with a background/strong interest in retail & local/sustainable food systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and aesthetically motivated with strong organizational skills. Ideal candidate is driven, productive and adept at time management.
Requirements
Creation of wholesale accounts.
Inventory & Ordering from a plethora of sources
Seasonal product selection & display
Delegation of tasks
Cross over with front of house ; bussing, ringing folks up at the register, food running, hosting, etc
Strong organization of systems and product
Run errands to procure local product
Keep a finger on the pulse of all that is good
